QUESTIONS: Are you tired of having more and more sex, and creating less and less satisfying experiences? Or do you avoid or not have sex because it has not been the experience it was "supposed" to be? Are you inorgasmic or impotent? Do you engage in sexual addiction? Do you not like being touched? Do you feel sex is dirty? Do you love your partner but the sex is just not the experience you enjoy? Do you long for a deeper, heart-based connection with your partner?

This workshop creates a safe and private place to internally explore old patterns and bring in new desired experiences. It is about creating a new relationship with yourself and whomever you bring into that special space to share 'YOU'. Mary Ann teaches you the difference between being in your heart and being in sexual addiction where there is a pattern of focusing on making the other person an object. By taking the pressure of focusing on orgasm and the physical act of sex, you can release spiritual blocks and create a true sense of internal safety, security, and comfort that will change your sexuality from the inside out. Meditations, clearings, and other emotional and spiritual processes will create a safe space to really connect to your heart energy.

Note: Although we will be learning a gentle massage technique and other processes, this workshop is not focused on physical touch and is a safe environment for modest individuals.
